October

Stopping in to say hello to you on this first day of November.    Hope all is well, and that you enjoyed the beautiful month of October.  Here in the Mitten, we had a mostly balmy month full of sunny days,  brilliant color and warm enough temperatures to get out and enjoy.  I’ve already spoken of the twins birthday party, as well as a couple other happenings in October,   I’ve just got a few other happenings to share  to get caught up.

I took a little trip with Mom and her watercolor ladies to Lexington,. Michigan.  We rented a gorgeous cottage on Lake Huron and spent a few days just enjoying…

They are a lot of fun to be around!

We all were so happy to get away from routine,  and enjoy this environment…that’s my mom, second from the left:

The moodiness of the lake and sky could have entertained me forever:

We also found time to paint, although this was the only  table available…we managed:

  1. October was a great month for you Deb. Love the kids in their costumes and the baby faces. Very fun pumpkin carving sequence. Thanks for sharing your family with me.

  2. Love those dramatic Michigan skies! Now it’s time to hunker down, stay warm , and play with glass 🙂
