Dragon Wing Begonia

I have never been a begonia fan, that is, the common bedding type annual plant.  But now they have so many new varieties that I have changed my opinion.  Especially the dragon wing.  They are foolproof, and so beautiful.  They grow tall, and drape and cascade…perfect for containers and window boxes.  I discovered a new variety at the greenhouse the other day.

Bonfire  and it is just gorgeous.  Several plants came home with me for the window boxes on the portico.  Hot red-orange flowers, deep burgundy-green leaves.    Full sun to part shade.

I liked whatever you had in your window boxes in the back last summer too.
Your whole yard is a thing of beauty!
