We are on North Captiva Island. The weather is unseasonably warm, in the 80’s and sunny today. We are just unwinding, relaxing…fishing, eating and just hanging out. This island does something to you. The Michigan snow and cold seem to be a distant memory, perhaps the water has this hyponotic effect causing one to immerse in the present. I love it!
And just to update you, dad came home on New Year’s Eve. He is doing better everyday, gaining strength. We are so happy, and so relieved! Love you Dad, keep up the operation recovery.
Blogging in Vero was very difficult, but I plan on catching up with some of the photos we’ve taken this week.
