Sunday I stood on the beach of northern Lake Michigan, not only enjoying the sounds-waves crashing, birds calling, the wind gently swishing by, but also the sights-blue sky, shore birds, wind patterns in the grass, and the beach wildflowers. But the most memorable will be the heartfelt things, time with Jeff, time with too seldom seen SIL Laurie (and Hank) and time with old friends.
Sorry for the late post, up there in the UP we are unplugged….just returned last night.
Where I Stand Sunday is an ongoing photo essay examining the different places I spend my life standing. Too often we take for granted the everyday places we spend our lives walking on. The ground we tread on has its own stories to tell. Join Lynn Krawczyk of Fibra artysta and I in celebrating each Sunday in this way.
