Where I Stand Sunday

I am feeling like a bad bad blogger.  Totally forgot the camera today, and forgot my weekly assignment.  Today was a  day that I COULD have taken pictures, lots of pictures.  I went out to visit the barn where Steph and Amber’s horses are.  If allowed one word, it would be green….green pastures, barn cat rolling in the green grass, green tractor, fresh hay.  The horses were happy and lively, the twins (Secret and Hush) are getting so big and beautiful.  Steph’s Echo was happy to receive attention (as always).  After being in suburbia forever, going the few miles to escape was good for the soul.  Next time I will have my camera.

These images are from last summer:

Where I Stand Sunday is an ongoing photo essay examining the different places I spend my life standing. Too often we take for granted the everyday places we spend our lives walking on. The ground we tread on has its own stories to tell.  Join Lynn Krawczyk of Fibra artysta and I in celebrating each Sunday in this way.  Let Lynn know, so she can link to your site on her blog.
